Just Between Friends Eagan/Apple Valley CONSIGNOR REGISTRATION

We help local families clean up and cash in on all the things their children no longer need (or want). Our average seller makes over $300 and you can too, by following the simple steps outlined below.

To Sell:

1. Sign up or sign in to your JBF Tagging Account, check the consignor box for the sale.

2. Prepay your Consignor Fee, choose your drop-off & pick-up times and complete the JBF Eagan Consignor Waiver. Consignor Registration Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide not to consign, you will lose this fee.

The key to your success as a consignor is to tag high quality items that are clean and have all pieces included. Price your items in the sweet spot of 1/4 to 1/3 of retail and if you allow your items to reduce on the last day of the event, you will see a significant jump in your sales. Consignors earn 60% on sales at JBF.

As a Consignor, you can attend the presales. Your name will be on a list at the door. Each Consignor will receive a presale pass emailed after drop off for you to invite a guest to shop before doors open to the public. Come shop at the sales! Cash and credit cards accepted as forms of payment at the sales.

Consignor Information

Entering your consignor information correctly is very important, ESPECIALLY YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER. Supplying the correct information helps to ensure sold items are credited to the correct consignor. Enter all your information carefully, and double check to be sure it's correct. If you are unsure of your consignor number, see the example:

Your own JBF Consignor number is listed under your name when you log in to your JBF Tagging Account. Once you begin printing your tags, your JBF Consignor # is printed on all of your tags. For the example tag shown on the right, the JBF Consignor # is L-138-ZZJ.

If you don't know your JBF Consignor number, don't guess or make one up. Do not enter your name, phone number, etc. in the consignor number field. Familiarize yourself with your JBF Consignor #. You will need it at drop off, pickup and to ask questions about your JBF Consignor account.

Drop Off

Monday & Tuesday, April 29 & 30 by appointment

Select a Drop Off time that works with your schedule. Children are welcome, but we strongly suggest not bringing them to Drop Off. Check in when you arrive and follow the instructions for putting your items on the sales floor. We have a limited number of rolling racks for consignors to use. Please use 1 rolling rack at a time. The busiest time of day is in the evening from 5-8pm. If you can Drop Off during the daytime, please do so.

Schedule Drop Off time for (LESS than 200 items) - Tues. Apr. 30th, 10am-8pm

Unsold Items

If you chose to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you're all set. We have relationships with area non-profit organizations whose mission is to serve those in need. You can feel good knowing that your unsold items will be used and loved by others who appreciate your generosity.
If you chose not to donate your unsold items when you entered and printed your item tags, you must reserve an appointment below to pick them up.

Please Note, items having tags that show they are to be donated will be donated even if you check here that you are picking them up. This form is for you to make an appointment to pick up your items, it in no way changes what you have printed on your tag.

Unsold items with tags having a "D" in a circle (example below) are automatically donated:

JBF EAGAN CONSIGNOR WAIVER - I agree that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent and warrant the following to be true and correct:

• I have created a JBF profile (Consignor #) and have registered to consign at the JBF Sale (register at eagan.jbfsle.com)
• I understand that I will receive 60% as a Consignor and I have prepaid the Consignor fee and my check will be emailed to me at the email specified in my JBF account. The check will be sent within 2 weeks of the last day of the sale.
• I understand/agree that Just Between Friends Eagan (“JBF Franchisee”) and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. (“JBF Franchisor”) is not responsible to reimburse me in the event of fire, loss, theft or damage to my sale items.
• I am the ONLY person selling with this consignor number. I am not tagging for multiple people under one number.
• I have read and followed the sale guidelines as laid out on the website. I understand the sale owners have the final say in what is accepted into the sale.
• I understand items may be pulled from the sales floor after drop off if they are unaccepted items, overpriced (nothing over half of retail), stained, broken, dollar store items or part of a recall.
• I understand that pulled items will be in a “no thank you” bag with items at pickup and/or donated.
• I understand it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to come during my scheduled pick up time, or send someone in my place. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP by 6:01pm will be immediately donated to the charity.
• I understand there will be NO exceptions made or items held for me after the stated pickup time ends.
• I understand any unsold items at the end of the sale marked with “Donate” will be pulled to the charity donation area BEFORE pick up. They will NOT be sorted with my things, nor will I be able to look through/reclaim them back once in the donation area.
• I have checked the Consumer Product Safety Commission website (CPSC.com) and to the best of my knowledge, I am not consigning any recalled items. If I DID bring a recalled item, I have fixed it according to product specifications.
• I give permission for photos taken to be used in future advertising, either print, online or through social media.
• I understand in receiving this ticket to the provided email that I will be added to JBF Eagan/Apple Valley email and mobile phone lists. I understand that opt-out options will be included in any emails and/or text messages.
